Damaged, defective or misprinted
If your order shows up flawed in any way, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your call. Email us at contact@threadedtoes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll sort it fast.
Wrong size or changed your mind
Since each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for sizing or a change of heart. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — and if you're between sizes, just ask. We're happy to help you pick.
