1. Overview

These terms apply to your use of Threaded Toes (the “site”), operated by Threadedtoes LLC, and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Made-to-order products

Everything we sell is printed on demand and made specifically for your order. Product photos are representative; because items are printed individually, small variations in colour and placement are normal and aren't considered defects.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the price you pay at checkout; shipping is free. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. You confirm you're authorised to use your payment method.

4. Shipping

Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Details are on our Shipping page.

5. Returns

Because items are made to order, returns are limited to damaged, defective or misprinted goods. See our Returns page for how it works.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos and site content are owned by Threadedtoes LLC or our licensors and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threadedtoes LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
